These terms apply to your use of Graciel ("Graciel: Bible Verse Widget"), published by INDIGATE LLC. They supplementApple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which also applies. By using the app, you accept both.
The app
Graciel shows a Bible verse and a short devotion each day, in the app and in widgets, and lets you keep prayer intentions and saved verses on your iPhone. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under the App Store usage rules.
Content
- Bible texts come from public-domain translations: King James Version, World English Bible, Louis Segond 1910, Luther 1912 and Reina-Valera 1909.
- Devotions are written for Graciel and are offered for personal reflection. They are not pastoral, medical or professional advice.
Graciel Premium
- The verse of the day, the small Home Screen widget and up to 3 prayer intentions are free. Full devotions, all widgets, every translation and paper, and unlimited intentions require Graciel Premium.
- Graciel Premium is offered as an auto-renewable yearly subscription, with a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers, or as an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless they are canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
- Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app or its devotions, or use it in a way that breaks the law or Apple’s rules.
Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, and we are not liable for indirect damages. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are seriously breached.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the publisher is registered, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
